- Exquisite Interiors: Each villa, spanning about 90m2, offers a fully equipped kitchen (including gas cooker, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and more), a dining set, a spacious living area, with fans circulating a cool breeze constantly. Appreciate TV with a curated movie selection or stay connected effortlessly thanks to the island’s fastest and unlimited Wi-Fi (for Free).
- Restful Slumber: Enjoy air-conditioned master suite bedrooms, with various bedding options including King, Super King, and single arrangements.
- Handy Facilities: An airy walk-in wardrobe with a safe ensures your belongings remain secure. All Villas have roof overlaps and screened windows to provide good airflow and ensure privacy. Water supply is plentiful, filtered and UV-treated and perfectly safe for drinking.

- With prior arrangement, we can organize Airport Transfers to Blackrock Villas (Charges apply).
- Rate mentioned caters to 1-2 guests in a two-bedroom villa. Additional guests are welcomed at NZD $50 per person per night (up to 5 guests total)
- Have a big group but still want your privacy ? Why not book the two villas ? You then have a mini resort for your group exclusive use !

Thank you for your lovely hospitality on our recent stay with you. The villas are very comfortable and private. We came away feeling very relaxed and look forward to visiting again in the near future. I always miss Rarotonga when it’s time to fly home. Your team in the restaurant/bar are exceptional with attention to detail which is so appreciated it made us feel very special. You are all an amazing team. Beautiful, peaceful and so helpful
The Villas are in an amazing and beautiful location. Close to the airport and shops etc, just across the road from a gorgeous beach and the black rocks and adjoining their delicious cafe, it’s hard to beat. We had both villas, so it was the perfect situation for us and it was like our own private resort with the pool all to ourselves, which suited the kids (and meant they weren’t annoying other guests). Sitting by the pool with our cocktails, watching the sunset, was the perfect way to finish each of our 7 days there. The use of the car was a great bonus too, and made getting around the island so easy.
We Loved the Black rock villa! Slyvie, our host was there to meet us upon our arrival. She is so accommodating and gracious! The villa has a stunning view of the water from the patio and pool! We saw whales everyday, so fun to see! The villa is very comfortable and clean and felt right at home. We would highly recommend this place. The restaurant next door COCocktail has excellent food and drinks. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We love the cook islands, the chill vibe and the people are so amazing! Thank you so very much!!!
