Rates, services and conditions

The following services are included in the rates:
 

• UV and carbon-filtered water from every tap at
  the Villas
   

• TV, DVD, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing
  machine, Computer Jack, Telephone etc.

Rates are as below:

$275.00 per night for 2 persons.

$325.00 per night for 3 persons.

$350.00 per night for 4 persons.

• All major credit cards accepted.
   

• Deposit of 1 day accommodation is required.
   

• Refundable if cancellation 30 days before departure.
   

• No Refund for early departure.
   

• If for any reason you have to leave early, you still have to pay the full amount outstanding.
   

• It is always advisable to take out travel insurance.

The following services are available but not included in the weekly rate:

• Full catering service
   

• Reasonable Airport transfer on arrival and for
  your departure
   

• Introduction to scuba diving, using professional equipments
