Avarua (Centre) Avarua is the island's commercial centre, with a great variety of shops,
government departments and a craft and produce market. With two main harbours
Avarua provides water access for trading, sports and leisure. In the middle
of town, Foodland supermarket sells local and imported food from N.Z.,
Australia and international markets. |
